Contents of your online writing course
You will be given writing tasks on various topics and have to write texts. These will be corrected by the teacher and he or she will give you tips on how to improve your writing in German. Basics such as typical mistakes in sentence structure, punctuation or capitalisation are corrected. We offer two models:
- Course content: e.g. short business messages and e-mails, work reports, orders (enquiry and offer), problems (cancellation and complaint)
- Sample book: Klett German intensive writing B1
- Course content: e.g. argumentation, lively writing, blogging, letters to the editor and criticism
- Sample book: Hueber German practice reading and writing B1

Precise Placement
To find the right German course for your language level, we offer 12 course levels. The course system is based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
If you already have previous knowledge of German, we will first carry out our non-binding placement test. We will check your written and, if necessary, oral skills and recommend the right German course for you. You can attend our German writing course from level B1.
